2022年7月8日 Mars团队公开了由 SHINWON 律师事务所检讨过的法律意见。法律咨询检讨书以 Mars：元宇宙白皮书为基础 1) MRST 在资本市场法上是否属于有价证券 2) 以国外为基准重点检讨 MRST。SHINWON 律师事务所的结论是 MRST 因规制的不确定性存在风险，但不在有价证券的范畴之内。
