当持有属于自己的地标时基本可以建设，此时根据地标的用途对于建筑物类型有所限制。

玩家能够改变在市场购买的建筑物外观。

此时各建筑物的牌子和广告牌大小不同，广告牌的大小对持有税有影响。

创作者可以用“The Mars 工作室”设计建筑物并在元宇宙的市场上出售，以后还会提供 3D MAX，Sketch up，Blender 等工具的互换功能。<br>
